Privacy Policy
Short version: STARDRIFT does not collect, sell, share or track any personal data. The developer receives no information about you or how you play.
What stays on your device
The game saves your career (credits, XP, owned ships and parts, race results, achievements) and your settings (audio, language, controls) locally on your device. This data never leaves your device except through the Apple services below, under your control.
Apple services the game uses
- iCloud key-value storage. If iCloud is on for the app, your career syncs between your own devices through your iCloud account. Apple stores it; the developer cannot access it.
- Game Center (optional). Only if you connect Game Center, your scores and achievement progress go to Apple and appear to you and your Game Center friends according to your Game Center settings.
- In-app purchase. Apple processes the full-game unlock. The game only receives Apple's confirmation that the purchase is valid and never sees payment details.
Apple handles this data under the Apple Privacy Policy.
What the game does not do
- No accounts, sign-up, advertising, analytics, crash reporting or third-party SDKs.
- No tracking across apps or websites, and no access to contacts, photos, location, camera or microphone.
- No data is sold or shared with anyone.
Children
STARDRIFT collects no personal data from anyone, including children.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app removes its local data. To remove synced data, delete STARDRIFT's data in your device's iCloud storage settings; manage Game Center data in your Game Center settings.
